These terms cover the Marriage Points Tracker app and this website, published by Lukla Logic LLC. By using the app you agree to them.
What the app is
Marriage Points Tracker is a scorekeeping aid for the Marriage card game. It adds up points from what you enter and shows the totals. It does not take part in any game, hold or transfer money, or arrange payments between players.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you enter and for checking the results with the people you play with. House rules vary, and the amounts in the app can be changed to match yours. Any agreement between players, including whether to play for money, is between them, and must follow the laws where you live.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the calculations correct, but we are not liable for losses or disputes arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
The app stores’ terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
